This was my first experience and it was actually really good.. I wish I had seeked addiction help So much sooner.. I arrived at 1400 worried,anxious, untrusting, kept my head down and unsure of what I was doing there. By the end of my consultation with Julie Teague approx 1600 and when I was walking out the building I was actually smiling and excited about my starting treatment(something I have never said b4.) I had a great experience guys. If you"want" help then come here and get it. Because it's here and it's been way better than expected so far. I mean that too.

I’ve been on MAT for 3 years, so sobriety date of Dec 3, 2019, and have been stable on medication for that time too. I was a patient here years ago at a different location and ended up leaving because I started working for another clinic that took me on as a patient and I also had a bad experience with trying to get a 2 day bridge script. I recently was seen as a new patient and was told I had to come back weekly when I provided proof of being a monthly patient at my other clinic and signing a release for them to see that. My urine screen was 100%clean besides the medication I was prescribed, that’s the reason I made the appointment in the first place, to get my medication. I am a nursing student at a college an hour away, I work on the days I don’t have class , and have a 3 year old child so coming weekly is not an option for me due my tight schedule. Over the phone, I was told it’s up to the provider and to voice my concerns at my appointment. Got to the provider “Max” and was told they couldn’t work with me on how often they had to see me back, so they sent me 1 weeks worth of meds and I will never go back again. I tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but nothing has changed. I wanted my records to be accessed from the other clinic I was being seen at so I could resume the same treatment plan at cleanslate. Cleanslate providers put everyone under the same tier when they come in and I don’t think that’s fair because I worked like hell to get to where I’m at and I’ve been through this already so starting me over doesn’t make sense AT ALL. I provided everything to get my records from other clinic, I provided my current prescription bottle from other clinic, my drug screen was clean, and I told them I was hoping to start off the same as I was at my other clinic. They said “it’s policy to be seen weekly and then biweekly and then maybe monthly” but that’s not true, as a provider they have to authority to review my records and put me on a monthly schedule. If I had relapsed or dropped dirty I could see the reasoning behind weekly appointments. I will not be back unless they allow me to be seen monthly. Once again I am throughly disappointed in my experience with clean slate!!!!! Second and last time!
