What is Aware Recovery Care's rating and reviews?

Aware Recovery Care has a 3.6 rating on our website, based on 14+ reviews from individuals who have received treatment at Aware Recovery Care. This is one of review from Spencer Arnault about them. I've worked here for almost 5 months and can honestly say this is one the best places that I've ever worked--and I hope to be here for many years to come. Aware has an incredibly supportive work environment and they preach self-care (+ they give the flexibility to actually achieve it). I personally feel like the leadership at the Indiana agency goes out of their way to set their employees up for success. Extra efforts, Personality, Diversity, Creativity, and strong work ethics are all valued, noticed, and rewarded. As for the work itself...it's literally life-changing. Even in 5 months time I've seen miracles at Aware. I'm very happy to be a part of it!

I have worked at Aware for almost 2 years and I love it, it feels more like a family than coworkers. I have never met such a diverse and understanding staff and leadership. This company is newer and growing tremendously. I truly believe that Aware Recovery Care is going to set the gold standard for Addiction Recovery Treatment. Everyone who works here cares for and supports one another each and every day. It's a Great Place to Work!!!

I cannot fully put into words how wonderful this company and program are! My husband had tried multiple different programs with limited success, this one truly met him where he was, and it made all the difference! He is over a year sober now, and because of this program, it literally changed my life as well. I know there are some poor reviews on here from former disgruntled employees, but as someone who has been a customer and part of the recovery process, I cannot recommend them more. Truly, truly amazing and fantastic people! If you or your loved one, are struggling with addiction, this program is unlike any other, and it works!

I was a client of Aware Recovery Care from May 2022- January 2023, and they have played a huge role in my recovery from substance abuse disorder. When I started I was facing a probation violation after suffering some relapses in my addiction. It wasn't so severe that I needed yet another IOP program or in-patient treatment, but I did need something more than just weekly therapy to help me remain abstinent and get my life back in order. I was assigned a team of recovery specialists. I have to admit that one of my recovery coaches wasn't a good fit for me, but the folks at Aware heard my concerns and immediately got me assigned to another coach who was a great fit. My treatment was catered to my individual needs. We addressed areas of my life that were causing me the greatest stress and leading to relapses. A big one was finances. We set big goals and laid out a plan to accomplish them, and I accomplished them. They were of tremendous support to me during my two months of home detention that I got as a result of my probation violation. It was largely because of my work with them that I was able to successfully complete probation. I loved how they were flexible with how we met. I was working a full time job remotely from home and living at my parents' house. They weren't very keen on having strangers (to them) in the house, so my coaches were willing to meet with me virtually (which I loved, I could meet with them on my lunch hour.) We'd also meet at Starbucks or at a local restaurant. I'd say one of my happiest memories of my time with Aware was accomplishing my goal of going back to France for the first time in 15 years (I was a French major in college and when I was using I never had any money for things like traveling abroad.) I even surprised my coaches with a Facetime call from the Eiffel Tower! If you are having trouble with substance abuse or alcoholism Aware could be a great fit for you. I would especially recommend it as part of a post-inpatient in or outpatient treatment program. I can't tell you how many times I did IOP, and did really well throughout the program, but then faltered not long afterwards because the professional support fell out from underneath me. I wish I would have had the services that Aware has - where I would have met often with my coaches in the beginning, and then slowly tapered off to just once a week as I continued to get healthier and need less professional care. Like I said, a year ago I was struggling with relapse and violating my probation. Today I have been offered a new teaching position at a great school and am getting ready to move to Florida. It's night and day. And Aware Recovery Services helped me to make the life I have today possible. If you're struggling and wanting help, don't hesitate to reach out to Aware. It could change your life.

Aware is definitely a step above.. their In Home Addiction Treatment model is incredible! 30 day treatment facilities are a solid piece of the Recovery life.. but what happens after the 30 days? Aware has found that missing piece and I absolutely love it!
