I was diagnosed with a disorder that really made sense, and was able to seek treatment with other providers at Wisdom Traditions. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that I can see someone in a pinch, or at my regular appointments. I never feel judged, I feel seen, heard, and helped. Having a full team to counsel and provide medication services is the absolute most important thing a practice could do for mental health, in my opinion, and I am so happy that I happened upon Wisdom Traditions. They have changed my life.

I gave 1 star because 0 wasn't available... This is after being a patient of theirs for around 2 years via Zoom... They didn't listen to me and misdiagnosed me... Do not go here if you have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome or if you suspect you're autistic!

I understand staffing shortages greatly affect tons of businesses, but I am displeased to say the least. My husband and I both receive counseling and primary care services at Wisdom Traditions, and now because of a lack of communication and diligence, we are now going to be without our medications for the weekend--possibly until Tuesday for my husband. I've called multiple times today, and yesterday, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. Every time we called, we were told we would receive a call back, and haven't received even one. It's completely unacceptable to leave patience without their medication they're SUPPOSED to be taking consistently, and even more unacceptable to neglect the problem and give patients NO way to reach the doctors who manage their medication. We both like our counselors very much, but this is incredibly frustrating and not okay. Edit: It would also be EXTREMELY useful to make sure online hours are updated. Online it says open until 6, I called right at 5pm and the after hours answering service answered.

I had had no prior offenses so I had no idea who to turn to for counseling. I found Wisdom and never looked in the rear view mirror. Each of the staff I had dealing gs were caring, kind, and professional. It’s refreshing to find an enterprise that you know actually cares about what they do to affect the quality of lives of its customers. Their education and their people are top notch.
