The pictures shown are nothing like what the actual inside is like. Everyone is extreamly hostile. While there I was attacked randomly.... This is a place for the people wjo are forced to go. Twin Town takes all of the sex offenders & criminals no other treatment will accept

Health care department is second to none. The techs who really keep the place running actually care.the higher ups don’t know what the heck there doing. If they had counclers who did there job even at a 50% level it might be a good place. Also has a huge prison mentality.

Do not listen to what many say about Twin Town. The plusses are by far greater then the negatives. It is a great non-traditional option for substance abuse coinciding with mental illness. Nurses, Counselors, Techs all care and do a great job.
