Keep in mind that relapse is a part of recovery for some and it took me a few tries to get it. I am now 3 1/2 years clean and sober. Both my stays were 5 stars. Very clean facility, the food was super yummy and the chef was a sweet lady who didn't mind giving out her recipes for me to try to attempt some of the meals she made, the staff was out of this world they really cared and were willing to have deep conversations and share their personal experiences. Some of the things they've shared and taught I still use/ think about. Pick synergy you won't regret it!!! And P.S. make sure you celebrate your sobriety date like a birthday too! You deserve it

I’m not going to lie. Getting help is hard. Synergy made the idea less scary. It is such a warm welcoming place. I’ve gotten so much information with the classes and therapy. They genuinely care about you and your recovery, which is hard to find. I would recommend synergy to anyone that is able to go. The help I’ve gotten here will serve me well for the rest of my life time. Also the food is AMAZING! The people are so sweet and caring. 10/10 recommend.

Synergy Recovery is a place of deep healing. Whether you are seeking support for grief, trauma, burn-out, mental health struggles, physical health struggles, and/or addictions, Synergy offers a holistic approach that addresses the needs of women, mind, body, and soul. One thing that makes Synergy particularly unique is the small community size of clients (only 10 at a time currently). This strategic choice promotes the development of lifelong friendships and a multi-generational support system that follows attendees far beyond their check-out dates. The brilliant therapeutic, medical, and support staffs must also be mentioned. These special professionals work with clients on individualized levels and wear their hearts on their sleeves 24/7 every single day. They are truly the crown jewel of the program. Finally, the practical stuff: the facilities and grounds are beautiful. They reflect the meaningful work that is accomplished everyday within its doors. The food is delicious, the beds comfortable and warm. Laughter, acceptance, learning, and connection are the foundations of the Synergy. The stage reflects this perfectly.
