If zero stars were an option I would I give them ten. They are incompetent and useless. I got approved for my stay then waited 18 hours to get a final decision on some absurd reason I get declined. I needed help and they did all they could not help. Employees are useless and lie. Do not go here. Ever.

Really nice css/ holding building when you complete the detox. 7 months 3 weeks and 5 days clean thanks too Spectrum Westborough Detox and the CSS program across the street. All the staff were awesome at the CSS. Helped me get into a residential program after my time there came to an end. ????????????????????????
