First I would like to start with the office. Refreshing times has a beautiful space and everything is neat and clean. Each time I visit the office the receptionist Lidia makes me feel very warm and welcome. If you are a new patient and speaking from my experience, Lidia has made my process much easier and smoother so I can be seen much quicker. Wendy Torres, the counselor, is an extraordinary therapist and has helped me through my suffering exceptionally. Wendy has made me feel as if I am speaking to someone I've known for many years, a close friend if that. Wendy has made me feel comfortable to say what's on my mind despite if I am embarrassed to mention anything out loud. I feel very welcome as soon as I arrive, and when I leave I feel very much saved.
