Awful facility, the food is worst than prison food and they will not preform therapy on the patients. They are content just letting them sit there until they die!

Wish I could give no stars it’s the worst place for your loved ones. Out of all the staff I dealt with there were 3 women who were amazing and went above and beyond to try to help but Dr. Primrose is part of the reason why my grandma is no longer with us! Never would recommend this place even to my worst enemy!

The administration made false statements as to my mothers status once she was physically unable to do physical therapy. They verbally stated that we “didn’t have to worry” because they weren’t going to charge us once therapy ended. Several …More
