My experience was great - great roommates and a comfortable house with lots of caring amongst the guys. This was the perfect step after attending a treatment center. Lance, the owner, is simply one of the most compassionate, caring, wise, encouraging and generous men in all of Asheville. This home gave me the time, strength, fellowship and life skills to make my latest move into a more traditional housemate scenario. I wholeheartedly recommend Middle River to any man who needs a solid recovery environment. You’re not coddled here and they don’t play around with relapses and bad behavior - you must be willing to work and work hard. The rewards are well worth it!
