"Holdfast Recovery is an addiction treatment center located in Prescott, Arizona. Our 3 phase rehab program includes: Phase I includes EMDR sessions, group therapy and health and wellness changes. Residents live in a sober-living home that is monitored and controlled by trained staff members. Phase 2 includes limited outpatient addiction treatment in Prescott, as well as Bible studies, 12-step meetings and a requirement for clients to find work. Phase 3 teaches clients to live independently and autonomously. They participate in outpatient clinical services as needed, including individual counseling. Other services offered include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, EMDR for trauma and individual aftercare."
