This is one of review from Ronnie Moore about them. This was my first time going into a program and they have been amazing. Not only were they able to get me in the same day, they were very polite and informative about any questions I had. The place is very clean and every employee I talked to seemed to genuinely care. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs help and needs somewhere to go. I never once felt judged or uncomfortable. Thank you ladies for all that you do us.
First visit went very smooth... Lots of paperwork to fill out. If you want the help... You will fill. It out. They worked with me and sloppy hand writing... Lol If your doing the walk in... Get there early. 10 walk ins for the whole state of Indiana
Absolutely nothing but positive thoughts. . If you find yourself in a spot you lost control then I highly recommend giving them it shot. Also, the help incredibly caring. I’ve been working with Natalie from Noblesville and she’s truly gifted. She made this whole process so special and I want to to deeply thank her from the bottom of my heart. I’ll always be thankful for her for so many reasons. Special thanks to Dr. Meacham as well. Thanks for sticking with me. Don’t be scared. You won’t regret it.
Unbelievablely dishonest , selfish staff. Would not assist after separation and threatened repercussions for such requests. Labeled repeated requests due to no response "harassment". Threatened my elderly parents when trying to help me resolve said issues. Withheld access to my personal finance information that I have a legal right to out of petty spite. This behavior is blindly and rudely supported by those who should govern such behavior. These providers are not doctors here btw, they are Nurses. The actual doctor is a man who comes in occasionally. I mention this because I see "doctor" or "doctors" on all the other reviews. Inconsistent policies and procedures causing confusion and mistakes. To the patients, what you see is NOT what you get. The patients are the ones to suffer as they were sometimes asked to repeat procedures due to office manager dishonesty. There is only one genuine staff member. All else are superficial and artificial. They don't even recognize an addiction related need need within their own staff and or family. Instead bully and lie creating a toxic environment. Complete lack of compassion or actual interest to help. Basically a "pill mill" only causing dependence on medication prescribed with no plan to taper off. Bottom line is about numbers not people. **UPDATE** Recommending I follow up on the link reads well here but is laughable as I have been trying to resolve this matter since the beginning of February only to labeled as harassment and followed with threats. Again, dishonest.
I have been with clean slate for 4 years during my recovery. 3 of those years in noblesville. The staff is such a huge part of my recovery. I highly recommend them.
