CenterPointe Outpatient Services has a 3.2 rating on our website, based on 24+ reviews from individuals who have received treatment at CenterPointe Outpatient Services. This is one of review from Casey Wheeler about them. I like that they help low income people. But that’s the only reason they get higher then one star. I think they were better before they moved to their new location. They didn’t bring call waiting with them apparently so you always have to leave a message now and the employees/receptionists that get paid to use the phone don’t call back. Don’t understand how they got a nice new facility but apparently got worse. I hope they change back to being better.
