Very professional service when you walk in the door. The staff is very personable. They meet each client as an individual. I was impressed at the overall treatment provided from each counselor, they make time for each person as an individual and seem to really care. The group sessions were surprisingly informative, which made the time breeze by. I thought I was going to be bored, however the presentations were enjoyable and allowed for interesting discussions.

Do NOT go here if you are on probation. I made FOUR different appointments for anger management at 11 AM that they messed up. I went in there ten minutes before every appointment every time. Janet then says "You're appointment is at 1PM", when I specifically told her I cannot make afternoon appointments due to work. This happened FOUR times and it's so hard to squeeze people in on short notice that I would have to go the next week. These appointments were made over the phone and Janet would repeat back to confirm the 11 o'clock appointments. Finally, Robert, which is great by the way, made sure that my appointments were every Wednesday at 11. He is the only reason why I was able to come to my classes because he's actually on top of his game. Then I had to cancel my class a few days ago because I had to cover someone's shift and nobody else could do it. It was a last minute change to my schedule, so I called them the day before, left my full name and phone number. They called me the next day while I was working wondering where I was. I called back on my break and told them I called and left a message, and they told me I didn't leave my name or number. I remember 100 % that I did. They told my probation officer that I didn't show up and didn't leave a message, and of course my PO didn't believe me. This has happened to several of my friends who went to break the cycle. They are just trying to make you violate so you go back and have to start all your classes all over again for the $40 per session. I will not be going back, I found somewhere that charges HALF of what they charge. Break the Cycle needs to realize that they are messing with people's lives that they are trying to fix, even if they are putting in great effort to put everything behind them. DO NOT GO TO BREAK THE CYCLE
