BHG Chesapeake South Treatment Center has a 3.6 rating on our website, based on 19+ reviews from individuals who have received treatment at BHG Chesapeake South Treatment Center. This is one of review from Melissa Parker about them. Lakeysia is rude and I would not recommend anyone deliver to this person at this location. Personally, I wouldn't want to receive services here when they employ staff that doesn't even have the patience to clarify delivery instructions. Use the pin drop location if there are multiple issues with delivery. To employ staff that insults the intelligence of someone they don't even know is absolutely alarming. I can read and follow instructions extremely well. There are people out there however who actually cannot read and might have learning disabilities that cause them to require extra assistance, for that comment to come out of her mouth because she was upset I needed clarification to complete her order leads me to believe this is how she feels about people that require additional assistance. I sincerely hope she doesn't interact with the patients in this manner. I will not deliver to this facility again.
I been on this program for almost 9 years just transferred from pa and I’ve never had a bad urine until I got to this place now all of a sudden they said I had 2 bad ones I don’t think so I’m not stupid to mix medicine with methadone and I’m not only one that said they done this to. Also don’t like that your take homes are ready when you get there I like to see my medicine being put in my bottles. I’m just gonna try to get into another place
When I first started I was going to Newtown and then Virginia Beach had a lot of problems my brother had got murdered and I decided to start now and came to buy 109 Wimbledon in Square Great service you’re in and out A great place to actually get your life back we can go anywhere else
this place use to be great under old management, now that bhg has taken over the management and staff are rude and unprofessional, wait times are ridiculous so good luck if you have a job. so know you will be treated as a number and not as patient. they now have ridiculous participation requirements that other clinics simply don't and it just keeps getting worse. i would recommend going somewhere else if possible.
Top of the line staff and facility. Well balanced practice here. I entered as a guest doser from West Palm Beach and the experience has been fluid and pleasant. I didn't experience what Amanda did in the previous review but I'm sure she states a valid point. My dose in mgs was achieved pretty quickly at the WPB facility. Took me right at 1 month to get to a stable dose.
