The staff genuinely cares about the clientele especially the doctors. The only thing that can be frustrating is that without being told ahead of time if you’re in a rush or just want to go in & out, you will that morning that you have to check in with counseling BEFORE you can dose, I do genuinely appreciate the counseling and it has helped and comforted me greatly, I just am a bit agitated when I am in a rush and I have to find a counselor that’s available to flag my drug screen is all. Also there was miscommunication about payment, I was told by the front desk I did have to pay and then by the other staff my insurance covered it, I am not one to try to argue or be cheap and get a service for free but it was weird to me that only ONE staff member would make me pay, finally all of the staff told me recently I actually don’t have to pay and that my insurance does indeed cover it. They actually have a some account that kept data on the money I spent there and it was over $1,000….that I never needed to pay in the first place.

The staff and especially the doctor care so much about their mission in saving lives to patients in pain or just addicted to opioid. 100 percent genuine love at this clinic not just another legal drug clinic collecting daily profit!! I am a patent of ACT. I can not say enough about this place. I have been to several clinics this place is different. They care Here about you and your recovery. I have had many hurles I had to overcome and deal with just to be a normal client. Not only did they handle it all and more they helped me deal with things that normally would be met with a bad lazy attitude sided with resistance. Look what I am saying is this. If you need help if you are ready to live the life you deserve of love and peace. Please come HERE!!! The last year I lost 5 children and my husband of 21 years. I can't describe the udder loss plus my addiction. I wanted to give up I wanted to die. Avery, Daniel,Jason,Beth and the nurses loved me when I couldn't. I am forever grateful. Thank you Asheville Comprehensive Treatment Center you saved my life. I'm eternally Grateful. With that said. Look it doesn't matter what people think of MAT. Please you are loved no judgment pure love they want and Will help you live a good life. Also FYI you are loved and wanted by myself and ACT. Doesn't matter race, gender, sensuality or what you've done. CoME HERE! GET REST AND LOVE!! I miss my husband doesn't do justice. Get help.

This clinic is in my experience the best in Asheville. The staff is caring and compassionate the clinic itself is a nice building and for me I couldn't ask for a better location. Honestly methadone probably has saved my life. In the last 6 months my life did a 180, I'd recommend it to anyone struggling with addiction. What do you have to lose?
