I'm really disappointed in this place. I had paid them $200 last month because an male employee had said to me, "it would be $250 at the dmv but if you pay us now, it would only be $200" and so after I had paid them, I called the dmv stating I had paid the $200 reinstatement already and they told me that they are 2 separate payments. I am furious because asap hadn't clarified this with me. I called again today, waited on the phone for a good few minutes just to be picked up and hung up on. The second time, this guy(same or not as the one I paid last month) answered and wanted nothing to do with me since he couldn't tell me why that person I paid had told me such things and just switched me over to a new guy to send me papers. I should've received the papers last month already. What kind of service is this? Maybe they need to hire some women. Please be kinder or at least do your job correctly. At least have the decency to apologize for your coworkers mistakes. I never like to be rude but if someone is straight up lying to me, I'm not gonna take it. Therefore, the bad review.
They do not call back much and they will keep u on hold for a long time. I have tried calling them several times before and they never have room for voicemail or anything...so please be aware of those kind of things please
