"Since 2010, A New Outlook Counseling Service has served the greater Denver area. We are excited to introduce our newest addition, A New Outlook Recovery Services. Our Colorado Recovery Services offer Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) for both Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health Disorder patients.
